4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, and electronic bank transfers. Specific payment methods may vary based on the service provided.

4.2 Deposits

For projects exceeding $1,000, we typically require a deposit of 30-50% before work begins. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your contract.

5.2 Weather Delays

Roofing work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.

5.3 Access to Property

You agree to provide our team with reasonable access to your property during normal business hours or as otherwise agreed upon to complete the contracted services.

6. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

6.1 Workmanship Warranty

Miami Dade Roofing Pros provides a workmanship warranty on all installation and repair services. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in your service contract.

6.2 Material Warranties

Manufacturer warranties for materials used in your project will be transferred to you upon completion of the work and full payment. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our workmanship guarantee.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

7.1 Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel scheduled services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7.2 Deposit Refunds

Deposits may be partially or fully refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and expenses already incurred by us in preparation for your project. Material orders that cannot be returned or repurposed may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

8. INSURANCE AND LICENSING

8.1 Company Insurance

Miami Dade Roofing Pros maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Florida law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8.2 Licensing

We maintain all necessary licenses and permits required by state and local authorities to perform roofing services in Miami-Dade County. Our license information is available upon request.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Property Damage

While we take all reasonable precautions, minor property damage may occur during roofing projects. We will repair or compensate for any damage directly caused by our work. You must notify us of any claimed damage within 7 days of project completion.

9.2 Pre-existing Conditions

We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or issues discovered during our work that were not visible during the initial inspection.

9.3 Indirect Damages

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
